01The service

Reelipal is an AI content studio that turns plain-English briefs into images, videos and podcast-style reels. Generation runs on third-party AI model providers (such as fal.ai and ElevenLabs); previews render in your browser via Remotion. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

We may update, add or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will let you know before it takes effect.

02Accounts

The website supports email or Google sign-in. The mobile app creates an anonymous account with a User ID for your installation; no email is required. You are responsible for access to your account and device. Reinstalling or changing devices may create a new account. Restoring a store subscription does not restore another account’s projects or media; save copies you want to keep.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Reelipal.

03Credits, plans & billing

• Generation spends credits; the estimated cost is shown before you generate. An active Pro or Ultra mobile subscription and sufficient credits are required for mobile generation.
• Website plan credits refresh monthly, including on yearly website plans. Mobile plan allowances refresh weekly; yearly mobile subscriptions receive 52 scheduled allowances, not all credits upfront. Unused plan credits do not roll over into the next allowance.
• Mobile one-time top-ups offer 100 or 500 credits to active Pro or Ultra members. Purchased top-up credits do not expire or reset at subscription renewal. Spending them on mobile still requires an active subscription. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Website top-up credits also remain available across plan renewals.
• Website payments use Stripe. App Store purchases use Apple, and RevenueCat helps verify access. The store displays the applicable price, currency, period and any offer before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant billing provider.
• Manage or cancel an App Store subscription from Settings → Manage subscription or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. For Google Play use https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions; manage website subscriptions through website billing. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Deleting the account or app does not cancel billing.
• Restore purchases checks eligible purchases on the current store account; it does not recover another anonymous account’s media or manually granted test benefits. Store refund requests follow that store’s process and applicable consumer rights.
• Credits spent on completed generations are not returned to the credit balance. Failed generations are refunded to the balance automatically. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or refunds approved by the payment provider.

04Your content & generated output

You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images and other material you upload, and you grant us the limited rights needed to run them through the generation pipeline and store the results in your library.

Subject to these terms and the policies of the underlying model providers, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially — on free and paid plans alike. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and uploads do not infringe anyone else’s rights (for example, uploading a person’s likeness without permission).

05Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

• No generating content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• No deceptive impersonation of real people, including deepfakes of identifiable individuals without their consent.
• No spam, malware distribution, or attempts to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• No reselling raw access to the generation APIs.

06AI disclaimer

AI models make mistakes. Output can be inaccurate, biased or unexpectedly different from your brief, and the same prompt can produce different results. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; review output before publishing it.

07Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you create with the service.

08Changes & contact

We may revise these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email, and the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use Reelipal after a change means you accept it.
